Marks of Excellence Award

This prestigious award is NFBPA’s highest honor and is presented annually at our annual awards program. Eligible candidates include non-elected administrators at all levels of public service in local, state or federal governments, non-profit institutions, community-based organizations, academic institutions, or related professional groups.

College Seminar/ Mentorship

Our goal is to cultivate lifelong public leadership opportunities for African Americans in local, county, and state governments. Our members are leaders and managers of public programs and agencies nationwide. College Seminar participation is open to graduating high school seniors and college students in good standing at an accredited college or university.
